Our system is based on the Toyota production system which stimulates the short lead time and cost reduction. Yamagata facility enhances the self-manufacture system including the cutting, salt bath, welding, grinding, surface treatment, and assemble. Therefore, we can produce in the short lead time by one piece at a time production system.

NC Lathes
There are 27 NC Lathes machines in Yamagata facility. NC Lathes-attached with a multi-axis machining device can create any product shape with excellent precision.

Salt Bath
Since 2009, we have used the Salt Bath system. As the heat mass of the salt bath is huge, work pieces can be heated and equalized 3 times as quick as other furnace.

Cylindrical grinding
Produce with high precision-good roundness cylindricity, surface roughness and a little tolerance of outside diameter.

Machining
Our vertical and horizontal Machining centers can cover various components processing at customer's request.

TIG Welding
Yamagata Facility has 2 TIG welding machines, it can increase the varieties' production.

Surface treatment
Invested own surface treatment chamber in neighboring manufacturing partner.

Coordinate Measuring Machine
We have a variety of high-precision industrial measuring systems, including: 3D Coordinate Measuring Machines, Surface Texture and and Cylindrical Form Measuring Instruments.
