- Cutting components is expensive process.
For cost reduction, we suggest cold forging which is less expensive process.
We always provide the best service for our customers.
- Cut plate + Indentation of pins
- Customer's original drawing was not manufacturable. Our proposal of new tolerance on the pins was the solution on this product.
- Cutting + Welding + Electrolytic polishing
- There was no solution in our original production network to realize this design. New produciton partner was found by us in the short lead time and our management of communication among 3 parties was the success factor.
Additionally, new package design was proposed by us due to the sensitivity of this product for defects.
